These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wealthairush.life and your enrolment in training programmes offered by Wealth AI Rush Ltd. ("Wealth AI Rush," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, submitting a contact form, or registering for a programme, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About Wealth AI Rush
Wealth AI Rush Ltd. is a vocational training provider registered in Canada (BN 930184752) operating an immersive AI finance management skills lab at 800 West Pender Street, Suite 1400, Vancouver, BC V6C 2V6. We deliver educational courses teaching practical AI workflows for professional finance management contexts. We are not a financial advisory firm, investment dealer, life coaching organisation, or get-rich-quick programme.
2. Brand clarification — ".life" domain
The wealthairush.life domain uses the .life top-level domain to reflect our experiential learning approach — guided practicum checkpoints, synthetic learning modules, pathway completion experiences, and immersive finance lab sessions. It does not indicate that we provide wellness coaching, personal life transformation services, lifestyle branding detached from vocational training, or financial planning advice. Wealth AI Rush is an education provider focused on AI finance management skills courses for Canadian professionals.
3. Educational nature of services
All programmes, workshops, and sessions offered by Wealth AI Rush are vocational education services. Completion certificates confirm your participation in skills training — they are not professional licences, accredited degrees, or guarantees of finance, employment, or business results. Our curriculum teaches methods for applying AI tools (including ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude) to budget-ready work, expense and invoice workflows, and career finance operations. Outcomes depend on your individual effort, market conditions, and professional context.
Wealth AI Rush delivers vocational instruction in practical AI workflows for professional finance management contexts. Programme certificates confirm your participation in skills training — they are not finance guarantees. Outcomes depend on your effort, market conditions, and how you apply AI tools. We are an education provider, not a financial advisory service. AI tools and examples may contain errors — professional decisions require human judgment.
4. Eligibility
Our programmes are designed for adults aged eighteen and over with professional work experience or intent to pursue freelance or client-service work. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that information you provide is accurate and complete.
5. Registration and payment
Programme fees are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) on our website and may change without notice for future cohorts. Confirmed pricing applies to your cohort at the time of registration. Payment is required before cohort access unless otherwise agreed in writing for corporate clients. We accept major credit cards and electronic bank transfers. Failed payments may result in suspension of platform access until resolved.
6. Refund policy
Full refunds are available if you withdraw at least fourteen (14) calendar days before your cohort start date. Cancellations between fourteen and seven days before start receive a fifty percent (50%) refund. Cancellations within seven days of start, or after attending the first live session, are non-refundable except in documented medical or family emergency circumstances at our sole discretion. Self-paced module purchases are refundable within seven (7) days if no checkpoint submissions have been made. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
7. Learner conduct
You agree to participate respectfully in cohort sessions, refrain from sharing confidential client data in AI tool exercises, and not use our platforms to promote get-rich-quick schemes, MLM opportunities, cryptocurrency trading, or unrelated commercial services. Harassment of facilitators or fellow learners results in immediate removal without refund. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and AI tool subscriptions.
8. Intellectual property
All curriculum materials, synthetic learning modules, virtual skills assistant content, and website materials are the intellectual property of Wealth AI Rush Ltd. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials for personal learning during your enrolment period. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our curriculum without written permission. Portfolio work you create during labs remains your property, though we may request permission to display anonymised examples for marketing purposes.
9. AI tool usage
You must use your own accounts for ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, and other AI tools during coursework. We are not responsible for changes to third-party tool pricing, availability, or terms of service. AI-generated content may contain factual errors — you are responsible for reviewing and editing all output before professional use. Wealth AI Rush does not warrant the accuracy of AI tool outputs demonstrated during instruction.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Vancouver and Canadian law, Wealth AI Rush Ltd. and its facilitators, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost finance, lost business opportunities, or reliance on AI tool outputs. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific programme giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
Our services are provided "as is" for educational purposes. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that programme completion will result in any specific finance level, client acquisition, employment offer, or business outcome.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia. You waive any objection to venue in these courts.
13. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information under PIPEDA. By using our services, you consent to data processing as described in that policy.
14. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance. For enrolled learners, material changes affecting active cohorts will be communicated via email at least fourteen days before taking effect.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
16. Force majeure
Wealth AI Rush shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic-related restrictions, government orders, internet or power outages, third-party platform failures (including AI tool provider outages), or labour disputes. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected sessions or provide alternative delivery methods. If a cohort cannot be rescheduled within ninety days, enrolled learners may choose a full refund or transfer to a future cohort.
17. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wealth AI Rush Ltd. regarding your use of our website and services. They supersede all prior oral or written communications, proposals, and representations. No waiver of any provision shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Wealth AI Rush.
