Two professionals practising AI prompt workflows side by side
Lab 1

Lab 1 — Wealth AI Rush Foundations

4 weeks · Live cohort C$649–C$849 Online or Vancouver studio

Lab 1 establishes your baseline fluency with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude in professional finance contexts. You will design repeatable AI workflows, practise prompt engineering for consistent output quality, and learn when human review is non-negotiable. Sessions cover AI productivity fundamentals — drafting budget summaries, categorising expenses, researching vendors, and structuring financial information — always framed around budget-ready work rather than casual experimentation. Facilitators introduce our virtual skills assistant framework and guide you through knowledge simulation exercises that mirror real finance briefs. By the end of Lab 1, you will have a personal AI toolkit document and three completed workflow templates ready for Lab 2 refinement. No prior AI experience required; basic computer literacy is sufficient.

Lab 2

Lab 2 — AI Tools for Budget-Ready Work

5 weeks · Live cohort C$749–C$949 Prerequisite: Lab 1

Lab 2 shifts from exploration to delivery standards. You will produce AI-assisted financial deliverables that meet professional quality benchmarks — budget summaries, expense reports, invoice drafts, and reconciliation notes — using structured review cycles and AI output quality checklists. Facilitators introduce AI-assisted finance scenarios drawn from operations, administration, small business, and freelance contexts. You practise generative AI for finance work across multiple formats while maintaining accuracy, source traceability, and appropriate disclosure about AI involvement. Interactive finance experiences include peer critique sessions and facilitator feedback on two portfolio pieces. This lab is essential for anyone managing books, supporting month-end close, or demonstrating upgraded finance capability to an employer.

Lab 3

Lab 3 — Expense & Invoice Workflows in the Lab

4 weeks · Live cohort C$699–C$899 Prerequisite: Lab 2

Lab 3 teaches structured expense and invoice workflows supported by generative AI tools. Working in our curriculum design lab environment, you will build receipt categorisation routines, invoice drafting templates, and approval documentation practices that reflect what you can genuinely deliver. Sessions cover expense tracking standards, vendor communication for AI-assisted reconciliation, and documentation habits that protect both you and your organisation. You will draft an expense and invoice workflow playbook with clear inclusions and exclusions, avoiding inflated automation claims that erode stakeholder trust. Synthetic learning modules simulate month-end close scenarios, helping you articulate process improvements without overpromising finance outcomes. Graduates leave with a workflow document ready for reporting hygiene work in Lab 4.

Lab 4

Lab 4 — Reporting & Forecast Hygiene with AI

4 weeks · Live cohort C$699–C$899 Prerequisite: Lab 3

Lab 4 focuses on reporting and forecast hygiene supported by generative AI tools. You will craft management reports, variance narratives, and forecast summaries using Claude and ChatGPT as drafting assistants while maintaining editorial control and professional judgment. Facilitators cover standards for AI-assisted financial reporting: source citation, assumption documentation, and how to communicate AI involvement transparently to stakeholders. Skills checkpoint labs include peer review of draft reports and correction cycles for common AI hallucination patterns in numeric narratives. This lab connects AI automation efficiencies to realistic reporting clarity without guaranteeing specific financial outcomes. Graduates complete a reporting template library and forecast hygiene checklist tailored to their expense workflows from Lab 3.

Lab 5

Lab 5 — Cash-Flow & Operations Decision Support

4 weeks · Live cohort C$649–C$849 Prerequisite: Lab 4

Lab 5 explores how applied AI skills support cash-flow analysis and operational finance decisions within realistic professional boundaries. You will map decision frameworks relevant to your background — runway planning, vendor payment prioritisation, headcount trade-offs, and seasonal revenue scenarios — without resorting to get-rich-quick framing. Sessions address AI productivity gains that create capacity for deeper analysis, how to position finance AI fluency in professional contexts, and ethical considerations when using AI for operational recommendations. The digital finance innovation module introduces scenario modelling techniques using Copilot and structured approaches to testing assumptions with minimal risk. Facilitators emphasise that financial clarity depends on data quality, individual judgment, and consistent application of skills taught throughout the finance pathway.

Team reviewing a finance skills portfolio during the Wealth Capstone presentation
Capstone

Wealth Capstone — Finance Skills Portfolio Experience

3 weeks · Intensive C$899–C$1,199 Prerequisite: Labs 1–5

The Wealth Capstone consolidates your entire pathway into a reviewed finance management skills portfolio that demonstrates practical AI capability to managers or stakeholders. You will select five representative projects spanning workflow design, budget-ready deliverables, expense and invoice workflows, reporting hygiene samples, and a cash-flow decision support brief. Facilitators provide structured feedback through guided finance practicum checkpoints and a final presentation experience modelled on professional portfolio reviews. This pathway completion experience includes peer evaluation, revision cycles, and a certificate confirming your participation in vocational AI finance training. The capstone does not guarantee employment, promotions, or specific financial outcomes — it certifies that you have completed rigorous skills training and can articulate your AI-assisted finance capabilities with honesty and precision.

Wealth AI Rush delivers vocational instruction in practical AI workflows for professional finance management contexts. Programme certificates confirm your participation in skills training — they are not finance guarantees. Outcomes depend on your effort, market conditions, and how you apply AI tools. We are an education provider, not a financial advisory service.
