After retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymised beyond re-identification.

13. International learners

While Wealth AI Rush primarily serves Canadian residents, we may enrol learners located outside Canada who participate in online cohorts. We apply PIPEDA standards to all personal information regardless of the learner's country of residence, and we do not reduce protections based on geographic location.

We do not use automated decision-making systems, including profiling or algorithmic scoring, to evaluate enrolment applications, assess learner performance for certification, or determine pricing. All admission decisions, certificate issuance, and refund determinations involve human review by authorised Wealth AI Rush staff. If this practice changes in the future, we will update this policy and provide notice before implementing any automated processing that significantly affects you.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
